What began as an innovative intercom solution for the Corona pandemic is now used in Romanian ambulances by Deltamed to improve communication between driver and treatment rooms.

Because in emergency services, communication simply has to work.

However, driver and patient compartments are often separated by a wall or a pane of glass, masks make speaking difficult, and sirens drown out every word.

The VoiceBridge was specially developed for noisy and disruptive environments to ensure clear communication precisely in these situations.

It is therefore a simple and inexpensive way to solve precisely this problem in ambulances.

In a groundbreaking initial project, hundreds of Romanian ambulances from Deltamed had already been equipped with the VoiceBridge Gen. 2 by the end of 2025.

One speaker unit was installed in the driver's cab and one in the patient compartment.

More are to follow by the end of this year.

But the VoiceBridge offers much more potential for various emergency vehicles.
