The Squaire

Germany's largest office building, an interface between worlds: The imposing building "The Squaire" was built above the long-distance train station and with a direct connection to Frankfurt Airport by 2011, and houses large office spaces, hotels, shops, and restaurants. An enormous project for which WHD supplied a total of approximately 11,000 small, powerful ceiling loudspeakers in 2010. Since there were no standard loudspeakers on the market for the planned climate ceiling, WHD modified almost 4,000 UP 16 with the fire-resistant steel pot ST 16 and another approximately 7,000 UPM 100 for the special installation situation. UPM 100 now impresses in The Squaire with a very wide dispersion pattern, and the UP 16 with its reproduction performance, especially in higher rooms.
