When the door opens, a soft creak sounds. Suddenly a spell echoes through the room, followed by mystical music reminiscent of the halls of Hogwarts. Welcome to the most magical restrooms in the Cineplex cinema! Thanks to innovative audio integration, a trip to the toilet becomes a magical experience - and all in the style of Harry Potter.

 

 

The Cineplex cinemas have always stood out from other cinemas with their elaborately designed themed restrooms. But now the illusion has been perfected: in addition to the loving design, sounds and sound effects have now been added, which intensify the feeling of immersing yourself directly in the world of wizards and witches. The latest technology was used in Pfaffenhofen so that guests can immerse themselves in this magical atmosphere:

 

• Background music like in a castle
  • An MP3 sampler starts the appropriate background music exactly when the light is switched on by the motion detector.
  • Four X32-16 exciters were integrated into the plasterboard ceiling for a particularly immersive sound.

 

• Spells on demand:
  • Two MP3 samplers with motion detectors provide interactive sound effects. As soon as someone enters a cubicle, a randomly selected spell sounds.
  • Each sampler is equipped with an X32-4 exciter, so that the sounds fit perfectly into the room.

 

• Unobtrusive but effective technology
  • The exciter loudspeakers were invisibly integrated into the plasterboard ceilings, so that the magic works seamlessly.
  • Thanks to the MP3 Sampler MotionPlay Random with SD card memory, the titles can be played back randomly - so the experience always remains exciting!

 

 

With this special installation, the magic of the cinema does not end when the film is over - it continues even in the restrooms! This innovative audio integration makes the visit a real experience and takes guests on an acoustic journey to Hogwarts. So if you want to make a short trip to the "magical realm" at your next movie night in Pfaffenhofen, you should definitely not miss the themed restrooms. Who knows - maybe you'll even hear a whisper from the Chamber of Secrets...

 

But the magic continues to spread: a similar installation is also planned in the Cineplex cinemas in Memmingen.
