The IR 19 BT is a high-quality internet radio streamer that combines a variety of playback options for music and playlists. It can play stations from internet radio, FM radio, and DAB+ radio. Additionally, the music streamer has a USB port for hard drives and an AUX IN for devices such as an MP3 player. The network audio player can also access the existing music database from the home network. The IR-19 BT is the ideal addition for smart homes, 100 V systems, and generally for any type of speaker system in private and commercial areas. The device can be used as a standalone or 19" rack-mount version.

The integrated tuner modules for FM and DAB+ reception, as well as access to over 20,000 internet radio stations, leave no musical wishes unfulfilled. A large selection of radio stations is available in high reception quality. The FM radio works with RDS (Radio Data System) so that additional information such as the name of the radio station, title, and artist of the played song can be displayed on the screen.
Furthermore, shared network files can also be streamed from the UPnP media server. In addition, the music player has a USB host port for direct playback of MP3, AAC, AAC+, WMA, WAVE, and FLAC files from a USB stick or a USB hard drive. The device also includes a queue with up to 500 tracks in the playlist, and playlists can be mixed from multiple UPnP servers and USB devices.
The "Play To" function allows the transfer of music data from a WINDOWS PC directly to the IR 19 BT (Digital Media Renderer (DMR) operation).
Via Bluetooth, the music world of the internet or from the internal and external memory of an end device such as a smartphone, tablet, laptop, and computer can be transmitted. Stream music from many popular music apps like Spotify, Deezer, SoundCloud, AppleMusic, YouTube, Amazon Music, TuneIn, Napster, TIDAL etc., and listen to your favorite songs via the IR-19 BT on the connected audio system. In addition, the IR-19 BT is Spotify Connect capable.
Do you have a CD collection, for example? The AUX connection allows playback of existing music collections via external audio sources such as CD players and MP3 players.
The IR-19 BT can be connected as an audio source via the Line Out to any Hi-Fi amplifier or 100 V amplifier. In addition, not only external audio sources can be connected via the Line In, but headphones can also be connected via the headphone output.
The audio player's network connection is via WLAN or Ethernet RJ45 socket (LAN connection). The device is also compatible with all common network protocols and encryption methods, including Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS).
The music player has an intuitive navigation (Multiple Network Profiles) and control. A 2.7" display allows for comprehensive configuration and information display with six lines for text and status icons. The default language is English. However, the following languages can also be selected: Danish, Dutch, German, Italian, French, Spanish, Finnish, Norwegian, Portuguese, Turkish, Polish, Swedish.
The integrated equalizer is configured via control buttons or via the free UNDOK app (for Android / iOS) using a smartphone.
The included infrared remote control additionally ensures optimal operating convenience.
The integrated equalizer can be used to adapt the sound to the respective room. Various preset equalizer modes such as Classic, Pop... and a custom setting for bass, treble, and volume are available. For Internet Radio, DAB, and FM, 10 presets are possible, which can be assigned to each individual radio station.
The inactive standby allows a time setting for when the device should automatically switch to standby mode after inactivity (Off, 2 hours, 4 hours, 5 hours, 6 hours).
Furthermore, the sleep/snooze function can be used to set the snooze time and wake-up intervals.
Some DAB broadcasts offer Dynamic Range Compression (DRC), and for these stations, dynamic compression can be set. With this setting, for example, the volume of quiet sounds is increased, and the volume of loud sounds is reduced.
